Q4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ starts at just 10 pieces per design for silver, and may vary slightly based on design and finish.
Q5. How do I place an order?
A: Simply add the designs that you like in your cart> Place a CASH ON DELIVERY order for the same with the correct Name, Address & Contact Number> Your selected designs will be then converted to an excel sheet > A Quotation will be sent to you. You can check the prices and decide and pay 50% advance to book the order.
Q6. Can I repeat designs easily?
A: Yes! We can repeat designs on-demand which helps in avoiding out-of-stock issues and ensures smoother inventory management.
Q7. What are your payment terms?
A: We take 50% advance on booking and the remaining 50% before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and international remittance.
Q8. Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes, we export globally and ensure our jewelry is compliant with export regulations (nickel and cadmium free).
Q9. How long does it take to manufacture an order?
A: Production takes approx. 15 to 35 working days, depending on order size and availability.

A: Absolutely! We can add your brand logo for a minimal cost (₹12 per shot), making your products look premium and branded.
